Exciting Equal Exchange Events |

 This winter was filled with exciting events across the country where I was able to engage with people about all things Equal. We were proud to sponsor the United Students for Fair Trade Convergence held in Boston. Thirty producers and students spent part of the convergence visiting our West Bridgewater headquarters for a roaster tour and friendly gathering. Also, coinciding with the release of our new Domestic Fair Trade products, Equal Exchange attended three Northeast Organic Farming Association (NOFA) conferences. The feedback and discussions about our new cranberry, almond, and pecan products continue to be very encouraging. In February, I traveled to GunStock Mountain Ski Resort to provide coffee for the skiiers. Everyone was appreciative of the warm beverages, while I was thankful that GunStock Mountain provided us with complimentary toe warmers. My visit to Seattle for the anual VegFest allowed us to host a VegFest pre-party at the Equal Exchange Espresso Bar. We will definitely do that again! Most recently, I was able to partner with The Inter-religious Task Force on Central America (IRTF) at the Cleveland EarthFest where over 15,000 people attended.

Build Community:
- In your home: Share your love for Equal Exchange with friends, family, and co-workers! Hosting a House Party helps build excitement for Equal Exchange and Fair Trade products in your community. Also, it's easy and free! There are so many different ways to have an Equal Exchange party, what's yours?
- At Equal Exchange: Visit Equal Exchange for a Roaster Tour and Coffee Cupping! Equal Exchange hosts tours of our worker-owned, state-of-the-art coffee roaster, including a demonstration of the roasting facility and a coffee cupping. These tours take place on the third Tuesday of every month.
