All our coffee is certified "OU" kosher. The OU, Orthodox
Union, is the largest and oldest Kosher supervising agency in the world. The
OU has supervised Kosher products for seventy five years. The OU certifies over
2,300 companies with 4,500 plants in 70 countries around the globe with a total
of over 300,000 labels.
Kosher supervision means that a qualified Rabbi or Rabbinic
organization supervises the production of a food item to insure that
the product is Kosher (prepared in accordance with Jewish dietary law).
